Kermit’s Cup of Tea: Friday Findings

Happy Friday, friends! This has been such an incredible week, but I’ll admit, it’s also been ridiculously long and exhausting. I’ve been so busy, it feels like I’ve been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I’m really looking forward to starting Spring Break in less than two weeks, but until that day comes, I’ll settle for a nice, relaxing weekend. Do you have any plans? Comment below! In the meantime, take a look at a few of my favorite finds of the week:

The Love Is… Project. Revlon recently launched it’s official 2017 Love Is… campaign to spread more love, and boy, do we need it! If you take the pledge, Revlon will support charities that promote love, kindness, empathy, and understanding. So far they’ve honored charities like The Trevor Project and Born This Way Foundation. In three words, what does love mean to you? Comment and use the hashtag #LoveIn3Words.

Nico and Latoya. Speaking of love, Nico and Latoya’s love story is a beautiful and heartwarming reminder that no matter who you are, everyone deserves to be understood, appreciated, and loved unconditionally, and if we’re patient and open, love will find us when the time is right. Cheers to Nico and Latoya! May their love endure.

Stand Up. Apparently, this last find is from the summer, but I just discovered it on Facebook this week. I’m not sure Canada could ever do wrong in my eyes, and this commercial, which reminds us that if we’re kind and include everyone, not just some, we’re stronger together, is just one more addition to my long list of reasons why Canada is the best!
